Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your abaya doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we are here to help you sort it out smoothly.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns

You must notify us of your intent to exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be completely intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized abayas (altered lengths, custom sizing requested by the client).

Items purchased on clearance or final sale events.

Hijabs and under-caps due to hygiene reasons.
3. How to Process an Exchange

Contact Us: Send a WhatsApp message to +92 348 2436106 or email ahabayas.pk@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your exchange (e.g., sizing issue).

Return Shipment: Pack the item securely and ship it back to our operational warehouse in Lahore via any traceable local courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

Dispatch: Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your new requested size or article will be dispatched within 3 business days.
4. Refunds

We offer refunds in the form of a Store Wallet Voucher/Coupon Code equivalent to your purchase value (excluding shipping fees), which you can use to buy anything else from our store with no expiration date.

Cash refunds are only issued if the product arrived damaged or defective from our end, processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 5 working days.
